Unnecessary Facts about the Melrin series.
==========================================

There are some things in the Melrin games that you absolutely don't need to know!
And because of that I've created this little text file that is filled with totally
unnecessary facts that you forever will try to forget.

Melrin: The Disciple Ordeal
===========================

In the first Melrin game you get to know Joshua Brobyggare, who is a bridge builder.
Brobyggare is a Swedish word that means "bridge builder".

Did you know that there is absolutely no easter egg in this game!
So please play it again and try to find the non existing egg... It's FUN!

Melrin: The Pendant Quest
=========================

The lake south of Melrin's home is named Vattnawet. Vattna = Watering.
Angela the Angel isn't a real angel! She's just a simple cartoon drawing.
Prince Eevail is evil!
There is an easter egg in this game... Don't try to find it, because it's not funny.

Melrin: The Dragon Menace
=========================

Duke Hertigen is the dragon... Hertigen is a (by choice) misspelled word of Hertingen.
Hertingen = "The Duke" in Swedish.
Orvar is the name of the guy who is fixing some hotdogs. Orvar rimes with korvar.
Korvar is Swedish and means sausages.
Even if it's never mentioned, Orvar's cat is named Sissy, simply because she's
such a pussy (cat).
Jimmy Hoffa is buried on the Island of Gastar.
Island of Gastar is haunted and gastar is a Swedish word for ghosts or spirits.
The first island in this game is called Nordmansdal which means North Man's Valley.
It's named that because 500 years before Chris Collum "discovered" it the nordic
vikings had already been there.
The forest with the pithole is named "the Skoog Forest", skog (with one 'O') is
(once again) a Swedish word for forest.
There are no less then 3 easter eggs in this game. The first one who can tell
me where all 3 are win the grand prize. An all expense paid trip to Hawaii.
The runner-up will get the second prize: The opportunity to play the game again!
The third prize winner will pay the trip for the first prize winner.

NOW PLAY THE GAME AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN!!!!

Totally respectlessly,

Joacim Andersson
